Responsible of the finance on the mission of Triangle in Sudan for Darfur.
Budget of 2 900 000 Euros financed by ECHO, French ministry of foreign affairs (DAH & CIAA), UNHCR, FAO & UNICEF.
EnsureDonors reporting in collaboration with base coordinators and technical coordinators to be transmitted to HoM for validation and sending to headquarters (final validation before being sent to donors)
Carry out monthly accountancy of the mission (5 bases) and of the current projects under the supervision of the HoM;
Validate and merge the monthly accountancy of each program in coordination with the Base Coordinators
Ensure administrative follow up of the projects and management of budget resources in order to present it synthetically to Base Coordinators and Head of projects :
Budget follow up and projection; state and follow up of material resources in collaboration with the Logistics Coordinator ;
Manage the whole supply of cash of the mission on the five based according to the needs and security level. (Two bases have no bank).
Ensure follow up of the tools of administrative management of the mission in order to provide synthetic informations to HoM ; prevision purchase stationeries, rental contract (office and vehicles);
Ensure good functioning of the mission on logistics plan in collaboration with the logistics Coordinator;
Replace HR administrator in case of absence and work in close collaboration to ensure a good administrative coordination of the mission.
